Apartment 15 minutes from the fair gates. Free monitored parking for a van, entry with your own code at any hour, and a full kitchen — for exhibitors, installation crews and traders.
Trade fairs at Ptak Warsaw Expo tend to follow the same rhythm everywhere: the day starts early and finishes late. Stand assembly often runs into the night, and by morning you need to be back on the show floor before the first visitors walk in. Every extra half hour of driving from central Warsaw is half an hour less sleep — and that adds up over a full fair week.
The VIP GOLD apartment is 9.6 km from Al. Katowicka 62 in Nadarzyn — about 15 minutes by car. The route runs along Aleja Krakowska and provincial road 788, bypassing the centre of Warsaw, so you skip the morning traffic that builds up from the city side. That single detail decides whether a "Warsaw" address is genuinely closer to the halls than one just outside the city.
Exhibitors rarely arrive in a passenger car. More often it is a van loaded with stand components, boxes of materials and equipment nobody wants left on the street overnight. Parking here is free, private and covered by round-the-clock CCTV — right on the property, a few steps from the door. There is no daily fee, no barrier that needs a card, and no circling the block at eleven at night after a long day of assembly work.
Check-in starts at 15:00, but entry is by an individual door code sent with your booking confirmation. There is no reception that closes at ten and nobody to wait for with a set of keys. You can come back from the hall at one in the morning and walk straight in. Check-out is by 10:00, and if you still have a stand to dismantle on departure day, we can extend the stay to 15:00 for 50% of one night's price.
Over a four-day stay, three restaurant meals a day can add up to more than the accommodation itself. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen — fridge, dishwasher, hob, kettle and a full set of cookware — so breakfast before the show and dinner after it happen on your own schedule, at any hour. There is also a washing machine, which matters more than it sounds like after a full week at the fair.
VIP GOLD sleeps up to 6 people across two bedrooms plus an extra sleeping spot in the living room. For a three- or four-person installation crew, that usually works out cheaper than three separate hotel rooms, and in the evening everyone can sit down at the same table to plan the next day. Air conditioning, a TV, fast Wi-Fi and a private garden with a terrace are all part of the stay — somewhere quiet to unwind after twelve hours on your feet.
| Destination | Distance | Time | Route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ptak Warsaw Expo, Nadarzyn (Al. Katowicka 62) | 9.6 km | 15 min | Al. Krakowska / DW788 |
| Wólka Kosowska — Chinese Trade Centre | 2.5 km | 6 min | local road |
| Chopin Airport | 18.9 km | 14 min | S7 |
| Central Warsaw (Palace of Culture) | 25.1 km | 28 min | S7 / S2 |
Drive times are for normal traffic; add several minutes on the S7 during rush hour.
From the apartment you head onto Aleja Krakowska towards the south-west, then follow provincial road 788 straight to Nadarzyn. The whole route is 9.6 km without entering Warsaw and without crossing the city centre — navigation leads to Al. Katowicka 62. There is dedicated fair parking by the halls, so the van stays put during assembly, and you take the same road back in the evening. On the opening day, when a queue forms at the gates, the usual 15 minutes can stretch past twenty — it is worth leaving a bit earlier.
Hotels that rank today for "accommodation Ptak Warsaw Expo" often sit in Mszczonów or Żyrardów — thirty to forty-five kilometres from the halls. A hotel inside Warsaw itself looks convenient in search results, but in the morning it means driving into the peak-hour traffic and paying for parking at the hotel. From Kolonia Warszawska you drive against the main flow of traffic, and parking is free right outside. Over a fair week, the parking alone can offset the difference in room price.
The same location works just as well when you are here for stock from the Chinese Trade Centre in Wólka Kosowska — just 2.5 km away, about six minutes. Buyers typically stay two to five nights, and for that length of stay, a kitchen, a washing machine and space to repack goods matter more than a hotel lobby. We welcome guests in Polish, English and Russian, and the site has a full Russian-language version.
Check dates in the calendar below — mark your arrival and departure and the button opens WhatsApp with a ready message. We reply until 23:00; later than that, message us and we will get back in the morning. The refundable deposit is PLN 1,000, paid at booking and returned within 7 days of check-out — in practice usually the same day, right after the apartment has been checked. Pets are welcome for PLN 50 per night. Smoking indoors is not allowed; the terrace has a designated spot for it.
We also run three more apartments in Wola Mrokowska — VIP BLUE, Apartament BLACK and Apartament GREEN. Two of them have three separate bedrooms each, so together with VIP GOLD they can host a larger group under the same stay terms. Let us know how many of you are travelling and when, and we will work out the best combination.
We'll check availability right away and tell you how many spots are open this fair week.
